8:30 - 9:00: Registration & Continental Breakfast

9:00 - 10:30: Brad discusses how to enable your client's change efforts around eating:

  • Identify Your Eating Style
  • Get Your Story Straight (utilizing family mapping + body mapping to understand the story)
  • Math Matters (adding up the costs of living large)
  • Battling Battleground Beliefs


10:30 to 12:00: Nichole Zmuda, LSW, MS, Marworth Treatment Center will discuss clients’ potentially problematic behaviors, with a special focus on sex and gambling.  What’s healthy? What’s not? These questions will be explored in order for clinicians to better assist their clients.

  • Define problematic sexual behavior and problematic gambling
  • Identify risk factors for problematic behavior
  • Identify strategies to help clients make healthier life choices
  • Outline resources available to further investigate this topic

Brad Lamm is an author, teacher and interventionist best known for helping people make life-enhancing changes on The Dr. OZ Show and The Today Show.  He is the Creator and Producer of the eight-part docu-series “Addicted to Food”, on The Oprah Winfrey Network. Brad's books include “JUST 10 LBS”, "How to Change Someone You Love" and "How to Help the One You Love." Brad will discuss how to help client’s shake up their self-feeding routines and determine their eating types. Brad uses his books as source material, along with case studies, to assist clinicians in helping clients recover in new ways.
